I just threw it on him for this picture and it wasn't completely adjusted. I didn't want him to be late for nursery school. It cost around $30 to make.
I can show you how I made it once I figure out how I use tech savviness on this blog and the layout of it. Needless to say, it was a big hit with both the adults and kids and it was alot of fun.
